Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”), once accepted by the Buyer (upon reviewing the Terms and ticking the statement “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of manomano.lt”), constitute a binding legal document for both parties. The Terms establish the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, conditions for the purchase and payment of goods, procedures for the delivery and return of goods, responsibilities of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods on the manomano.lt online store.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct, or supplement the Terms at any time, in accordance with the requirements established by legal acts.

1.3. The online store manomano.lt operates exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. For requests regarding sales to other countries, arrangements are made individually.

2. Protection of Personal Data

2.1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the personal data necessary to complete the order: first name, last name, delivery address, phone number, and email address. The Seller confirms that this data will be used exclusively for the sale of goods in the manomano.lt online store. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for partners of the Seller who provide delivery or other services necessary for fulfilling the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Formation of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

3.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having selected the desired item(s) and created a shopping cart, clicks the “Pay” button.

4. Buyer’s Rights

4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods on the manomano.lt online store in accordance with these Terms and the procedures established by the online store.

4.2. The Buyer has the right to return a product no later than 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery, provided the product has not been damaged, its appearance has not fundamentally changed, and it has not been used.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide the exact delivery address.

5.2. The Buyer agrees to accept the goods personally. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods personally and the goods are delivered to the specified address based on the details provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to claim improper delivery to the Seller.

5.3. The delivery (transportation) fee is calculated based on the delivery location and weight of the goods:

Delivery fee (up to 1kg): €2.90

Delivery fee (up to 5kg): €4.35

Other transportation fees are provided upon request.

6. Return and Exchange of Goods

6.1.The Buyer may return a product within 7 (seven) business days of its delivery by informing the Seller in advance by phone or email.

6.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

6.4. The product must not be damaged by the Buyer.

6.5. The product must be unused and retain its commercial appearance.

6.6. The Seller has the right to refuse returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return conditions outlined in this section.

6.7. Returned goods can be sent using a courier chosen by the Buyer or the Seller. In such cases, the Buyer bears the cost of return. If the wrong or defective product was delivered, the Seller undertakes to collect such products and replace them with suitable ones. If the Seller does not have equivalent products, the Seller refunds the Buyer for the returned product(s).

6.8. Refunds for returned goods are always transferred only to the payer’s bank account.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. These Terms are prepared in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.2. The legal relationships arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.3. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
