Delivery of Goods
When placing an order, the Buyer must specify the exact delivery address for the goods.
The Buyer undertakes to receive the goods personally. If the Buyer cannot receive the goods personally and the goods are delivered to the specified address based on the Buyer’s provided information, the Buyer has no right to claim improper delivery to the Seller.
Delivery (transportation) fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the goods:
- Delivery fee (up to 1kg): €2.90
- Delivery fee (up to 5kg): €4.35
- Other transportation fees are provided upon request.
