Delivery and returns

Delivery Information:

When placing an order, the Buyer must specify the exact delivery address for the goods.
The Buyer undertakes to receive the goods personally. If the Buyer cannot receive the goods personally and the goods are delivered to the specified address based on the Buyer’s provided information, the Buyer has no right to claim improper delivery to the Seller.

Delivery (transportation) fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the goods:

Delivery fee (up to 1kg): €2.90
Delivery fee (up to 5kg): €4.35
Other transportation fees are provided upon request.



Return and Exchange of Goods:

The Buyer may exercise the right to return goods within 7 (seven) working days from the delivery date, informing the Seller in advance by phone or email.

When returning goods, the following conditions must be met: The returned goods must be in their original, intact packaging. The goods must not be damaged by the Buyer. The goods must not have been used and must retain their commercial appearance. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept returned goods if the Buyer fails to comply with the return procedures outlined in this section.

Returned goods can be sent using the Buyer’s chosen courier or the Seller’s courier service. In this case, the Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. If the wrong or defective goods are delivered, the Seller undertakes to collect these goods and replace them with appropriate items. If the Seller does not have similar goods, the Seller refunds the amount paid by the Buyer.

Refunds for returned goods are always transferred only to the payer’s bank account.
